This is sinful colors most sought after polish. It only comes out for St.Patrick's Day! You can find it on eBay but they are WAY over priced! I Love this polish..actually its a topcoat! It has green flakies with tiny pieces of round glitter in the same color as the flakies and its all suspended in a green gel! This is a "Jelly" type base! You can pair this with A LOT of colors, you can try to wear it on its own but I don't like it! The green base can be seen on bare nails! Around St.Patricks Day you can find this polish for $1.99 on ebay its selling for $12 or more!
